Our staff are available 24 hours a day and for immediate assistance please call 0121 562 1616 or click here for more information.

For deaths at home, or in a nursing or care home
We will arrange for your loved one to be collected and brought to our funeral home using one of our discreet first call vehicles. We use the latest removal equipment to ensure a safe and dignified journey no matter where the death has occurred or under what circumstances. When we arrive, our fully trained staff will talk you through the practicalities of moving your loved one and will answer any questions you may have. We will leave you with our First Steps booklet explaining about the process of registering the death.

For death in a hospital
In most circumstances the hospital will require sight of the green certificate issued by the registrar before we can collect your loved one. For cremation, we may have to wait until other documentation is completed before we can collect. Whatever the circumstances we will liaise with the bereavement office on your behalf to ensure they are in our care as soon as possible.
