The service provided by Alexander Funerals is designed specifically to serve those families who want the security of knowing they are dealing with professional, fully trained people but need to keep funeral costs down. We do this by discussing and arranging the funeral arrangements by telephone and email. You can talk to us as much as you like as many times as you like, we will never rush you. Funerals can be tailored to your individual requirements and we will discuss any additional costs that may be incurred. Examples of additional costs can be seen below. Our prices are for a funeral conducted in the greater Birmingham and Solihull Area. We are happy to help families in all of the bordering regions but additional mileage charges may apply. We will happily give you a no obligation quotation.
Usually funeral directors have to build into their fees the enormous amount of time individual elements can take to organise. By providing a detailed choice of any individual personalised options you only pay for what you need, thereby keeping the cost of the core arrangements to a minimum.

Payment Terms
In all cases we would require full payment of the funeral arrangements 48 hours prior to the funeral taking place. A full detailed quotation will be sent to you explaining the individual aspects you have asked us to arrange and payment can be made by cheque, cash, debit or credit card. This again enables us to keep our costs down by removing the additional administration of credit control.
