Q. Why are you so much cheaper than the other funeral companies I’ve spoken to?
A. By making the arrangements primarily over the phone and by email this significantly reduces our staffing costs but ensures the same level of service.
Q. Can I visit you at your funeral home to meet one of your team?
A. Yes of course, we invite you to visit us once all arrangements have been agreed and arranged. We then have a 15 minute summary meeting where we formalise the details of the funeral and payment can also be arranged.
Q. What if I want to add extras and personalise the arrangements?
That’s absolutely fine, we will happily discuss any additional requirements and the costs involved.
Q. Can I visit my loved one at your funeral home?
A. Yes absolutely, but there may be an additional fee depending on the package you choose. This additional cost covers any additional hygienic treatment that may be required, use of your own private viewing room, the additional staff time element for making the arrangements both before and during your visit.
