Cremation Arrangement
While discussing all the other arrangements, your funeral arranger will guide you through the process of choosing a crematorium and complete all the necessary legal documentation on your behalf.
Each crematorium has slightly different facilities available and this may effect your decision of which one to use. The links below will give you an idea of what is available at each.
- Robin Hood Crematorium
- Yardley Crematorium
- Lodge Hill Crematorium
- Woodlands Crematorium
- Sutton Coldfield Crematorium
- Perry Barr Crematorium
- Redditch Crematorium
We will also guide you through the options for cremated remains and your decision for their final resting place. All crematoria have an area known as Gardens of Rest or Memorial Lawns where ashes can be scattered and, by appointment, you can witness the scattering. Most crematoria have an area where ashes can be buried which enables you to have a permanent memorial.
You may decide to keep them at home and there are many ways to do this. Indeed, keepsake memorials are our most popular way of keeping just a token amount of cremated remains without having to accommodate them all. Perhaps you would like to scatter the ashes in a poignant place and if so we will advise you on the legalities of what you would like to do. If all these choices seem daunting, don't worry, we will happily keep your loved ones cremated remains safe in our funeral home with no charge, to give you time to make the right choice.
Just ask one of our team to help you with your decision.
